About Us
Architectural Realty is Real Estate Brokerage Service powered by Arch. Eduardo J Valdés (Eddie) since 2005. Mr. Valdés (L.12453) graduated with a Master’s Degree in Architecture from Tulane University. After acquiring his Real Estate Licence in 2005, Eddie later pursued his LEED AP Accreditation in 2008 and now offers LEED AP Consultation for Green Buildings.
Eddie has served on the Board of the U.S. Green Building Council – Caribbean Chapter since 2008. He is currently the Vice President for the 2010 term.
Besides the usual Real Estate services, Architectural Realty specializes in Design Consultation for Buyers in search of their perfect home, Staging for Sellers and Feng Shui advice for both Buyers and Sellers.
